What we collect

Account details, the project content you enter, time entries, messages, files, emails sent to project thread addresses, and basic usage logs.

How we use it

To run the service, send notifications you've asked for, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We don't sell personal data.

Who can see it

Project content is visible to the people on that project. Project owners can see the time each person tracks on their projects.

Payment details

Stripe processes all payments. Card numbers are never stored on our servers.

Email threads

Replies sent to a project email thread are saved in that thread and visible to the people on it. Tell outside contacts this before including them.

Retention and deletion

When you delete your account, we remove your profile and the projects you own. Messages you posted in other people's projects remain, without your name. We remove leftover files and backups within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data by contacting us at lifefittracersupport@riggletech.net.
